We understand that the reports, analytics, product data, and business information you upload may be commercially sensitive. Meridian Flows Digital does not sell customer data, does not use customer business information to train artificial intelligence models, and does not share one customer's proprietary information with another customer. We treat all customer business information, uploaded reports, and analytics as confidential and implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

3. Ownership of Your Data

You retain all ownership rights in the data, reports, files, and business information you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). Meridian Flows Digital does not claim ownership of your Customer Data. We process such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

4. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, company name, and organization type when you create an account or contact us.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use our services, including ASIN analyses performed, features accessed, and interaction patterns.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.
• Amazon Data: Product information and ASINs you submit for analysis (we do not access your Amazon Seller Central account directly).
• Files and Reports You Upload: When you use our data import features, we collect and process the files you upload, which may include keyword research reports (such as Helium 10 Cerebro, Magnet, or X-Ray exports), Amazon Brand Analytics and advertising reports, business and sales reports, product review data, and inventory information. This data is used solely to generate your analysis and recommendations.
• E-commerce Platform Data: If you connect your Shopify store or other e-commerce platforms, we may collect product listings, sales data, inventory information, and other store analytics to provide demand signal analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment and billing details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain our services
• Process your ASIN analysis requests and uploaded reports
• Send you service-related communications
• Improve our products and services
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use the files, reports, or business data you upload to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not use your uploaded data to benefit other customers.

We may use aggregated and de-identified usage statistics to improve our products and services. Such information does not identify individual users or customers.

6. Data Sharing and Sub-Processors

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the third-party service providers ("sub-processors") necessary to operate our Service, and only to the extent required to provide it. Our current sub-processors include:

• Supabase: Database hosting, authentication, and storage of your account data and uploaded files.
• Vercel: Application hosting, infrastructure, and AI Gateway routing.
• OpenAI: AI processing of analysis requests and content generation, accessed via the Vercel AI Gateway.
• Rainforest API: Retrieval of publicly available Amazon product listing data for the ASINs you analyze.
• Keepa: Historical Amazon product and pricing data.
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription billing.
• Resend: Transactional and service-related email delivery.

AI requests are processed through OpenAI via the Vercel AI Gateway solely for the purpose of generating the responses you request. We do not permit customer-uploaded business data to be used to train OpenAI's models.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others. If we engage a new sub-processor, we will update this policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit and, where supported by our infrastructure providers, encryption at rest, along with access controls and per-user data isolation so that your data is accessible only to your account. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users and, where required, the relevant authorities without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.

Although we maintain reasonable backup and disaster recovery procedures, you remain responsible for maintaining your own copies of important business records and reports. The Service is not intended to serve as your system of record or permanent archive.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data and uploaded files only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Analysis data may be cached temporarily to improve service performance. You may request deletion of your uploaded files or account data at any time. When you close your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal data and uploaded files within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. Certain information may remain in system backups for a limited period before being automatically deleted in accordance with our backup retention schedules.

9. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and our sub-processors may store and process data in the United States and other countries. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, we will implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses.
